Gibbs Investment is a business set up by Rick’s brother Philip, also a Chartered Surveyor, with the objective of specialising in advising on inward investment into the UK property market from South East Asia and China in particular.
Phil Gibbs is well acquainted with China and South East Asia and was a member of the prestigious 2015 UKDTI trade delegation.
Gibbs Investment is currently acting for numerous major South East Asian investors actively seeking UK property development and investment opportunities in the £5m-£50m range.
Rick is a consultant to Gibbs Investment.
